Consign With Us
Whether you’re bringing in items for the first time or you’ve been part of our community for years, we’d love to see you! No appointment is needed — just drop by during store hours. We’ll look through your items while you shop and return anything we’re unable to take. Be sure to check our consignment policies and guidelines below for more information.
We accept up to two handled reusable shopping bags of clothing, gear, and toys per consignment (think a recycled T.J. Maxx–sized bag). Items are reviewed at drop-off and accepted based on condition, brand, and desirability.

Accepted items are processed within 14 days and priced according to their original cost, resale value, and overall quality. Consignors earn 30% of the listed price when items are sold.

The consignment period is 60 days, beginning when items are entered into your account. Items may be picked up before they expire, but it is the consignor’s responsibility to locate them in the store. After 60 days, unsold items become property of Bubbles & Bean and are no longer eligible for credit. Items may be donated to local charities and organizations.

Consignors can request a cash or check payout at any time, or choose to use their earnings as store credit.

Our goal is to help your items sell quickly and for the best possible price! Following these simple guidelines ensures your pieces are sale ready and easy for us to process:

Please make sure all clothing is freshly laundered and neatly folded into reusable shopping bags.

Items should be free of rips, stains, holes, and excessive wear.

Button all buttons, snap all snaps, and zip all zippers to keep items tidy and organized.

Use a lint roller or fabric brush to remove any pet hair.

Remove any fuzz or debris from velcro.

Gear and toys should be clean, complete, and in good working condition.

Test all electronics and battery-operated items ahead of time to make sure they’re working properly.
A little preparation goes a long way — clean, well-presented items are more likely to be accepted and sell faster, helping you earn more from your consignment!
